At DigiWeb Solutions, we sell digital products and software licenses, which are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in limited circumstances.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Downloaded digital products.
- Software licenses once issued.
2. Exceptional Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment.
- Technical issues from our end that prevent access or use of the product, and remain unresolved within 7 business days.
- Incorrect product delivered (must be reported within 48 hours).
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@digiwebsolutions.store with your:
- Order ID
- Payment receipt
- Reason for refund request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
